I expected them to be more proactive with my mom.  It frees up my time to do things I want to do.

They have excellent communication and our live-in care person is great.  We wouldn't be able to do this without their help.

The caregivers are wonderful, and the office staff is very responsive. I also like the fact that they are linked to Home Care Plus so they can work in tandem.  For me, they are alleviating some of the time that I have to spend as a caregiver for my mom. For my mom, the caregivers are all kind to her, and she likes them all very much. It takes some stress off of her.
