I would recommend this agency because they have great customer service and they send us good people.  It's been a positive experience because of the caring and empathetic caregiver we have.

I like my caregiver's knowledge of the world. She is very smart and interesting.  My caregiver does my shopping. I have problems with being constipated and my caregiver, who I consider my friend now, got me the gummy fiber things and bread with 8 grams of fiber in it and it has changed my life. She is very thoughtful. I had a problem and she solved it.

I would like to see the agency have a little more engagement with the client. They can be more active with the client and more productive.
