They could have consistent caregivers for my mom. She has 3 different caregivers 3 days a week.  She could have one person come to her home.

I like that its very easy to communicate with them and they are responsive. My mother isn't cooperative and my mother hasn't been communicating a lot.

They've been good to work with for the last 2 years. I have an odd schedule, and they accommodate it. They have done an excellent job of keeping my shift filled.  It makes a big difference; I am unable to bend down or reach up and I can't lift a lot. They do things that I can't do for myself.
