The agency is really responsive and very easy to work with.  The agency has been very flexible and we appreciate how they send a nurse out every few months to make sure the quality of care is calibrated correctly.

I think the caregiver takes an active interest in my dad and tries to get him involved in activities. He's active and engaged. They've done a great job because my caregiver is attentive and informative. He keeps us up to date.
