I have been happy with the people who are my liaison. They do listen to mom and I help with any applications we may need assistance with. Most of the caregivers sent have been good overall.  It still feels new to us but still positive. There are still things we all need to work on and work out together.

It was more difficult than we thought to manage the hourly care report. It was difficult to distinguish who left the comments at what time. She absolutely loves her live-in caregivers.
