I'd tell them that it's efficient and trustworthy. When her aide comes, it's a perfect personality match. They communicate excellently and the care is wonderful.

I like that their communication is great. All the aids have been good and are flexible to try and meet the customer's needs and preferences  They help make life easier for my mom. It gives her a break to have the aides there.
