They are very interactive and very attentive. They kept in contact, and they made us seem important.  My mother is very happy with the caregiver. Makes my mother very content and happy.

I like that they have been amazingly responsive to any questions, they are on top of letting us know schedule changes from the home health aides, and what's going on.  It is working out very well for her. From my end, knowing someone is keeping an eye on her, it relieves me from the time frame. My sister has even said how the care provider has ordered her around and helped her without making her feel like an idiot.
