Their employees are great and timely.  The impact is for me. It's relieving me of some duties.

They come when they are scheduled to arrive. They are pleasant. They take me to the grocery store. They help me with my grocery shopping. I thought that they would help with the housekeeping. The lady I have now does not do that.

They are all dependable and friendly. They are good at handling my dad.  It helped to have someone in the house to help with the things that were too much for Dad. He let them do a few things, but he wasn't able to allow them to help him.
