I'd tell them that being able to find a replacement caregiver has happened a few times since he started, and he's able to have someone there and not be alone  He's bummed when they have to cancel. The communication has made it positive

I would recommend them because the person I got is awesome. They send great people out to do whatever.  They help the most by sending the help. My spine is messed up, so the help itself.
