Sometimes the system for clocking in and out doesn't work because the system isn't up-to-date. My caregiver clocks in and out, and they say he hasn't because it doesn't go through, and then they have to email me about it.  My caregiver is my nephew, he deserves some kind of award because I get on his nerves. He's helped me a lot with my mood swings because I have bipolar disorder and anxiety.

They could improve the service. They have a lot to learn. They could have a greater impact if they knew how to use the Hoyer properly.
