They're easy to deal with. They did everything that they were asked. There were some language barriers.

I got luck with one of the aides, but others were not trained properly. They did not do things that I wanted. .  I like having the peace of mind of having someone here to help my husband and myself.

I like the home health aide Gale.  They have really helped us out by sending us Gale. She is just wonderful and I cannot praise her high enough. She is experienced.
