They are very responsive and always answer the phone.  The caregiver is part time but she does a great job. She helps him do meal prep.

They need to be checking on their employees. They should have been doing their job.

They did the house cleaning. They just did the work for her is all they did. They cleaned the bathroom, made the bed, did the dishes, and took out the trash.
