They were very responsive. As soon as they got the referral, they called me.  They assigned us Shane, and he went above, and beyond making sure he was cared, and supported on days where I couldn't be there.

I have had some bad caregivers and some have stolen from me.  The caregiver is always eager to help me.

The quality of the work from the caregivers could have been better. Sometimes it is not that satisfactory.  It makes my days more stressful, because we have to supervise the caregiver.
