They are very responsive to our requests, and they send over good people. They help my dad quite a bit, helping him get around and get his daily needs accomplished.

The caregivers had no idea what to do or why they were there.  They could have better-trained caregivers. The company could better explain the expectations to the caregivers.

The care they give is very good and when I am not feeling well they help me. They do everything to help me as I am stroke prone.
