The agency say in contact with me and I can see the care notes daily.  I run a surgery center and I live far away, so it helps me to sleep and focus on other task.

 My mom could be stubborn and she wouldn't let me bathe her. I really appreciated the help. It was really refreshing.   It was a relief to have someone that would come in and do things she wouldn't do for me with her. I had a lot of things going on and they made the transition simpler for me.

I appreciate that they have not left us high and dry. They always manage to get someone in to us in a reasonable amount of time to cover the shift.  I am pretty far away from them, and they help me manage her care. They are extremely helpful and especially from the get go when we needed care.
