I would like to see Homewatch Caregivers improve on communication. I like that Homewatch Caregivers responds in a timely manner.

They seem to be on top of things, but they sometimes they don't let me know about changes. They sometimes communicate through email and I don't read my emails. In finding people for the hours that I want is helpful and they have done a good job on the type of assistance I need. I am an elderly guy and get along with older men.

I have no reluctance. I like that they matched me with a person that seemed to fit very well into our setting and family dynamic. The nurse who visited was instrumental in matching us well.  There is less pressure. I wouldn't be getting this care if my husband wasn't so needy. It is very impactful.
