A pretty good system has emerged with them, and there are fewer people coming and going.  Some people are average and some are above average. It's hard to get people with the right skills.

I have gotten to know the people who are in charge, and I like them a lot. They seem to respect my wishes. They could go over the notes and make sure that everything is checked off.
