I like that they always have their finger on what needs to be done and what days she needs specific or extra things that need to be done. In my daily life, it's excellent knowing someone is there when I cannot be. It's impacted us both very well, she thinks she doesn't need any help, but she needs someone there to converse with her.

The schedulers are very accommodating and really do a great job of finding staff to work the hours.  I use them for respite.
