Whenever I need help, they are willing to get a caregiver out if the one I usually have is not available.  They have helped with my groceries the most.

They could do better with working together in the office. One knows one thing and the others don't know anything, there is no communication between them. She brings thing to the office staff attention, and they don't like. She goes out of her way for me, and she is doing her best to get me the things I need and getting me on my feet, so I don't have to do insulin.

I like that they are giving the pay consistently but there is nothing missing.  I wish they could have someone who speaks Spanish in order to communicate better and the office was closer.
