If something comes up, or if someone is going to be out, they call me to see what they can do for me, or if they can replace the caregiver. I wouldn't see anybody else if it wasn't for them, I look forward to seeing them every day. They have nice personalities.

They are pretty responsive and proactive.  The people they send over weren't always the best fit.
