I like that their staff is pretty good or the most part. They're really attentive with my mom and she seems to like them, which is a plus.  There could be more consistency as far as bodies. Sometimes she gets different people every day or 2 different people a day. In order for them to improve, I think they should have some consistency by assigning certain employees to a patient. She gets attached to some and then they're gone. That would be my only complaint.

They are pretty consistent and they take care of my mom when she needs help. They show up and do what they need to do.

They are flexible, and I like the office managers and coordinators. They communicate well with the clients, and they take my mother to appointments.
