I guess we would recommend them if someone needed a break from caring for someone at home, they are great. My girlfriend's situation is more serious than mine, and she recommended them as well. It has been pretty smooth so far. I think this week is the first full week of care. We all make sure the time the caregiver is coming is okay. He wasn't sure if he needed her the full time she was there, but I gave them ideas of how she can help around the house. We just need to tweak it a little more.

I would like them to let the client know when there's going to be a change in caregivers and letting me know the name before they get there.  They could not change the schedules of the caregivers I've gotten used to.

They are very personable. The lady that came to help was always on time, and if more needed to be done, they were able to stay longer.  We just had her help my mom take showers and bathe.
