Better screening of their caregivers. They have sent me some people who should be caregivers, but they have also sent me some who should not.

I liked that the caregiver that they sent was very reliable. My husband really liked her. The VA assigned them to us, and I don't think that they could have done anything else to make a difference.

I like that they send caregivers that do a good job.  I like that they make the meals and do light housekeeping.
