They need to be more proactive to learn what the client's needs are.  They are timely in adjusting our needs.

The client has had good care, we have had a few aid that were questionable. Once they have replaced, we got good service.  They are there to oversee his medicines and let him do something on his own, but they are there to supervise to make sure he on things properly.
