I like the person we deal with who is the mediator between the client and the aide who got us on the right track, and I like the aide that is working with my mother-in-law. The agency found someone for us right away, and they accommodated the hours needed.

I have a wonderful caregiver. I have no complaints.  I've lost a lot of independence. I was extremely healthy but it's going well. My caregiver makes the experience positive.
