They take good care of my husband and they do well for him. They are with him all of the time. They help him take care of himself and he needs a lot of care. They are very efficient.

I can't make a complete comparison since I don't have much experience outside this agency. I have reached out to them about the confusing invoicing over gaps. Sometimes they say that we owe for multiple sessions even though we were paying. They did respond to that request, but it would help to avoid that issue altogether.
