We haven't had any problems, but they could stay more in touch with me. Nobody has called me yet about anything. Lisa is really happy with them, but I have asked her to have them call me and they haven't They have really helped her. They help with her showers and have managed to bring food to her. They do some shopping for her since she cannot get out, and I am not close.

I like that they do what they say they will do. I don't have to have them a lot, but I do use them occasionally because I have a back problem and. I use them when I need them.  The caregivers do my dishes, vacuum, clean my kitchen, make my bed, change the linens, and take my clothes to the laundromat.

We like that they keep one person with the client because she doesn't like random people. It's good, and the client likes the lady that she has.  The client seems very happy with them and she loves L'Donna, her caregiver. They're very nice to the client, and they treat her very well. If she needs something done, they will do it for her.
