I'd tell them that they're very thorough.  They partnered me with a caregiver who worked well, and we complement each other.

I like that they were able to provide me with a caregiver quickly. They are courteous and polite, and I have no complaints. The caregivers help me to clean bathe, and with other issues I had problems with before.
