The managers call back and always provide feedback when I call and the CNAs are real nice and efficient nurses. We get her up in the wheelchair and that helps a lot for her wellbeing.

I like that they seem to be able to provide the same caregiver consistently. That means a lot. Having consistent extra care and companionship has been the most helpful part of the service.
