I like that they have great people and they are trying to match up my mom with a great caregiver.  My mom is fighting them, she is resisting the care. They help her by being companions for her.

The communication is good between the family and the business, particularly the main person. I can't remember if they're the manager or owner. They help her with things she wouldn't do and make sure she does what she needs.

So far they have been very attentive and they have been reaching out to me.  Our goal is just to be keeping her at home and we are holding steady.
