I like that they have always provided us with someone. The most helpful are the two caregivers.

I like that the agency is very flexible with hours. They will find a way to work out five hours a day for me, and if I don't need them for a day they will sort it out and there is no penalty.  I am not living in my own filth now, so that is nice.
