I like that they provide polite and helpful caregivers. The agency has been accommodating and receptive to our interests and schedule.  The biggest help is providing a caregiver that helps around the house and does meal prep.

I like FirstLight Home Cares because they take a shower in an hour. I don't have to worry about showering my husband. The caregivers shower and shave him.
