We have a great CNA. My dad is bed bound, so we have a CNA that comes in through the week, and it's great. The weekends are where we have a major problem with the company. Really, just send him the experienced CNA that are qualified for his issues and circumstances of him being bed bound.

They need to improve on the system of checking in and out on the app. There are too many questions. They help get dressed and they will sit with me on the porch.
