I liked that they continued to check in with him and his condition.  They did everything that I had asked them to do.

I would say that they are very responsive, we are down to one caretaker now, but they have been great. They have done everything that I can't do to take care of him.

They could have asked if there was anything else that they could have done for me. The most helpful was giving him showers upstairs.
