I like the fact that they substitute if one of their caregivers is ill. They help him with bathing.

The price is quite high, and their billing is difficult to understand. We mainly use them when I have to go to work, and they take care of my dad.

We're very happy with the caregiver who comes.  He looks forward to her coming, she makes him do his exercises, and she plays cards with him.
