I think they need to match the client with the people coming in. Some of the caregivers can barely speak English and that's not good. For example, if they have a person for Ghana working for them and she comes in, it's just not compatible with the client.  There's not a lot of initiative in terms of house cleaning. We always have to be asking for the caregivers to do something versus them doing it on their own.
