The staffing, Lisa and Margaret, kept me updated on who was coming. The communication was great! They would comfort him in home.

They're easy to contact and make arrangements with.  My mom has dementia, so they fulfill her needs.

My mom had to have 24 hour care, and they couldn't provide a night caregiver. They offered to have a live-in caregiver be on call at night, and I wasn't comfortable with that.  It was a stressful transition to make for her, since she has lived alone until someone was a live in. They said the caregiver was responsible for her meals, and one ate all her food. The sheets didn't get changed on the caregivers bed, and other things like that. I felt it could've been better.
