I've never had experience with any other agency, so I don't have anything to compare them to. There were a couple of instances where we had trouble with rearranging the scheduling last minute, but nothing major.  It was a very difficult time and we only had about 15 hours a week, but I felt everyone tried very hard to help Lola.

They did a very thorough application process with us and found a person right away for us.  Find us an excellent home helper and being very proactive.
