They're nice people.  They handle all her needs.

They don't communicate well with their employees. They never tell the girls to come through the garage. The girls they give me are quite good. One is pretty young for me, but that is ok.

We just happen to love the caregiver we have. We also like their customer service.  The family can have a break and give my mom someone new to talk to.
