They need to have more ongoing caregivers. I'd like to have a permanent caregiver.

Everything is good so far. I like the flexibility of the schedulers. There is nothing to improve. My dad is happy with the service.

I like that they have been kind to me and giving me what I need.  I couldn't be here without them. I am blind and crippled. So I have to have 24-hour care service, and I am happy with them.
