I like that they have fill-in staff when their caregiver is on vacation or sick. They have just worked really hard finding a good fit for her and making sure there is coverage.

They could actually communicate with the person scheduling the care. It has been nothing but stressful.

Some of the caregivers weren't qualified.  A little more understanding of what he was asking for. A lot of the caregivers were from overseas, so they had some miscommunication.
