I have never had any problems. If my usual nurse is sick or out of town, they do a great job finding another nurse. They also adjust easily to my schedule. My schedule would be difficult to manage if the care wasn't great. I like the flexibility and availability on the weekends.

I like that they were very attentive, responded to questions, and the quality of care was generally high. I think it was good and facilitated a lot of flexibility and received expedient care when needed.
