The aide should meet with the healthcare provider prior to the first meeting. The expectations weren't very clear at the beginning. We are dealing with Parkinson's and Dementia here. We are still working out the kinks. They should report more specifically about the treatment.

They had some people quit, and they didn't have anyone to fill in. The ladies are good with her. They have great companionship.
