They would always send someone if our usual caregiver was out.  The provider was a part of the family and helped out tremendously.

They explain the needs of the person and can handle everything.  She knows what she supposed to do and what I need. She's fixing things and putting things in order in the house. When we go out, she knows what to purchase.
