I like her reliability. She is always there and very interactive with Dad. I don't live with him, my sister does. The online calendar is nice when we have to book you guys for additional time.

I like the people that they have sent out.  We have them come to my moms house and sometimes people haven't showed up, so we have to rush to her house.
