The caregivers are very knowledgeable and good at their job.  They were compassionate. They didn't ignore him.

The people we had were very responsible and we had one incident where a young lady was sick and didn't work, but other than that we had three different ones that came, and we were happy with them. They were helpful and they fit in with us. We got along with all of them.
